In the last Datafolha´s research about, four years ago, Brazilian people would prefer the optional voting with 64%. I don't believe in Datafolha, but I believe we need to rethink our electoral system. The importance of voting shouldn’t be discussed, but would you be conscientious in a mandatory vote? Every election we always see the same parties, with the same speeches and same stories, there isn’t even, prior approval of who are going to be candidate. We are obliged not to vote, but to choose between one of the chosen ones. Is this democracy? I believe not only in optional voting, but in a reform to reduce 35 parties registered on TCE website to 2 or 3, because that's how they work. I believe in reduction of The Chamber of Deputies of Brazil from 513 members to 55, maybe 81. Not in a presidentialism system but in a parliamenta
